| Wednesday
1st of August 2007 the Early Birds' Fairchild made its second maiden
flight. The original first flight took place in 1939, the aircraft's year
of manufacturing. After a most thorough 23 year restoration it is finally
ready to fly the Dutch skies as an "aircraft of
historic significance", registered PH-FAI . More information is to be found on the
